These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 10bet Philippines ("10bet," "we," "us," "the Company"). By registering an account and using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Eligibility
To register and play at 10bet Philippines, you must: be at least 21 years of age (as required by PAGCOR); be a legal resident of the Philippines; not be a professional athlete or sports official in any sport offered on our platform; not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of 10bet Philippines; and not be subject to any self-exclusion order.
By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. 10bet reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close accounts that do not meet these requirements.
2. Account Registration
One Account Per Person: Each player is permitted one registered account. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being permanently suspended and all balances (including bonuses and winnings) being forfeited.
Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. Notify 10bet immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification
As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, 10bet is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and may require proof of address and payment method verification. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 30 days of the first withdrawal request may have their withdrawal suspended pending verification.
4. Deposits
Accepted Methods: GCash, Maya, bank transfer (local Philippine banks), credit/debit cards (Visa/Mastercard), Bitcoin, and USDT. Additional methods may be available — check the Cashier section for the current list.
Minimum Deposit: ₱100 for most payment methods. Bank transfers may have higher minimums.
Deposit Processing: GCash and Maya deposits are credited instantly. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days. Credit card deposits are typically instant.
Own Funds: You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. Deposits made from stolen, disputed, or illegally obtained funds will result in account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5. Withdrawals
Minimum Withdrawal: ₱200 for GCash and Maya. ₱500 for bank transfers.
KYC Requirement: KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
Processing Time: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15–60 minutes after approval. Bank transfers take 1–3 business days. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours for additional verification.
Same Method Policy: Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method as the most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal options. This is an anti-money laundering requirement.
Withdrawal Limits: Standard daily withdrawal limit is ₱200,000. Higher limits are available for VIP players. Contact support to request a limit review.
6. Bonus Terms
Welcome Bonus: The ₱50,000 welcome bonus is available to new players only and consists of a 100% match on the first deposit (up to ₱25,000) and a 50% match on the second deposit (up to ₱25,000), plus 200 Free Spins on Fortune Tiger.
Wagering Requirement: 30x the combined bonus + deposit amount. For example: ₱1,000 deposit + ₱1,000 bonus = ₱2,000 × 30 = ₱60,000 to wager before withdrawal.
Maximum Bet: ₱500 per spin or bet while a bonus is active. Bets exceeding this amount may result in bonus forfeiture.
Time Limit: All bonuses must be wagered within 30 days of activation. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in bonus forfeiture.
Cancellation: You may cancel an active bonus at any time through Account → My Bonuses. Cancellation results in bonus forfeiture but your deposit remains available for withdrawal.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds: creating multiple accounts to exploit promotions; using automated tools, bots, or scripts; exploiting software errors or bugs; colluding with other players; using VPNs to circumvent geographic restrictions; attempting to reverse-engineer our software; and making fraudulent deposits or chargebacks.

9. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. PAGCOR is the regulatory authority for 10bet Philippines. Disputes shall first be directed to 10bet customer support. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to PAGCOR. Contact our support team via the Contacts page.
10. Amendments
10bet reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes via email to your registered address. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
